PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply prevent a sound on a user side from being heard on a communication partner side.SOLUTION: A communication apparatus of the present invention has: a communication part; a transmission part which outputs a transmission signal that is a sound signal showing an input sound; a receiving part which reproduces an input sound signal; a detection part which is provided at a position close to a user's head in a speech state, detects existence of object proximity, and outputs a detection result; and a control part which allows the communication part to transmit the transmission signal outputted from the transmission part to a communication partner side and inputs a reception signal that is the sound signal which the communication part has received from the communication partner side to the receiving part, when the effect that communication is made is input. The control part stops the transmission of the transmission signal which is performed by the transmission part, when the output of the detection part shows the effect that an object is not in proximity in the speech state. |
