The sensor (2) has a generator (30) drivable by a fluid flow of a hydraulic system for supplying the sensor with electrical energy. The sensor forms a sensor unit together with the generator. The sensor and the generator are arranged in a common housing. A rotor of the generator is drivable by the fluid flow for current generation. A magnet is provided at the rotor, and enclosed by an induction coil for inducing an alternating voltage. An accumulator stores the electrical energy. A measurement signal of the sensor is wirelessly transferred to a receiver and/or represented at lamps (26).
