The bottom surface side of the edge section (46a) has a downward-facing rib (49). On the hinge arm (46), the bottom surface of the end section (46b) on the opposite side from the edge section (46a) is formed as a flat surface (50). The top surface of the end section (46b) has an upward-facing rib (51). A brake mating part (52) is provided using the upward-facing rib (51) on the end-section (46b) side of the hinge arm (46).</p>
