Disclosed is a multi-pot for hydroponics, comprising a plurality of pots, each pot being detachably connected with adjacent pots by at least one linker located therebetween, wherein the multi-pot can be inserted into a plug tray for a period of dissemination and raising seedling, and pulled out from the plug tray after raising seedling, after which each hydroponic pot is detached from the multi-pot and serve as an individual hydroponic pot. A method for raising seedlings using the plate is also provided.
