PURPOSE: A touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing time by simultaneously forming a bridge electrode and an external wired line. CONSTITUTION: Sensing pattern cells (211) are separated from each other, and a bridge electrode (231) is connected to the sensing pattern cell. An external wired line (232) is connected to the sensing pattern cell, and the bridge electrode is constructed with a metal material. An insulation unit (220) is formed between the sensing pattern cell and the bridge electrode, and an external conductive unit (212) is simultaneously formed with the conductive panel cell. The external wired line is formed on the external conductive unit.
