PURPOSE: A laser welding apparatus for an electrode terminal is provided to reduce welding failures of an electrode terminal by performing welding in a closely attached state of the electrode terminal. CONSTITUTION: A laser welding apparatus for an electrode terminal includes a laser-welding head (100), a vertically movable unit (200), a pair of tension bars (300), a pair of pressure rollers (400), and a laser beam irradiation unit. The vertically movable unit is formed to be moved up and down by being combined with one side of the laser welding head. The pair of tension bars are formed to be separated with a fixed interval from each other on the lower side of the vertically movable unit. The pair of pressure rollers are rotatably coupled to the tension bars. The laser beam irradiation unit irradiates the gap between the pair of pressure rollers with a laser beam. |
