PURPOSE: A touch screen panel (TSP) is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by using an insulation layer including a photo-register. CONSTITUTION: Buffer layers are formed on a circuit board, and second electrodes are formed on the buffer layers. First electrodes (21, 22) are adjacent to the second electrodes, and an insulation layer (23) is arranged between the first and the second electrode. Wire lines (25, 26) are connected to the first electrodes. The insulation layer includes a photo-register in which a heat-curing process is executed. |
