PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition that can be produced by a plant-derived raw material without using an expensive silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, etc., and is useful for producing a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having improved wettability to an adherend, easy peelability (removability), contamination resistance and workability and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet using the same.SOLUTION: A polyester-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition includes a polyester obtained by polycondensation of at least a carboxylic acid component and a 3-10C aliphatic diol component and a crosslinking agent. The carboxylic acid component comprises 50-90 wt.% of a dicarboxylic acid containing a side chain and 10-50 wt.% of a tricarboxylic acid containing a side chain. The weight-average molecular weight of the polyester is 5,000-150,000. |
