PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive metal paste capable of suppressing generation of dripping and bleeding even when the conductive metal paste is thickly coated on a substrate surface having fine irregularities.SOLUTION: A conductive metal paste of the present invention includes: a low polar solvent comprising hydrocarbon; a metal fine particle having a surface coated with a dispersant; and a polyimide varnish for bleeding prevention. The conductive metal paste includes silica having at least one of an OH group and an alkyl group, as a rheology control agent. |
