PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow printing to be reliably performed by using an easier-to-use printer.SOLUTION: A print management server 30 comprises: a print result storage section 35 for storing information of information processing terminals 20 that perform printing by using printers 12 for each device ID identifying the respective printers 12; a designation request acceptance section 32 for accepting designation requests of the printers 12 from the information processing terminals 20; a printer identification section 33 that refers to the print result storage section 35 and identifies the device ID of the printer 12 used by other information processing terminal 20 as the device ID of the printer 12 to be used by the information processing terminal 20 of a transmission source of the designation request; and a printer notification section 34 for notifying the information processing terminal 20 of the transmission source of the designation request of the device ID of the printer 12 identified by the printer identification section 33.
