PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for an optical component which can control inclination of an optical component in high precision; and to provide a wavelength-selective device.SOLUTION: A mounting structure 10A for an optical component is equipped with an optical component 30 having at least one of a reflective surface which reflects light and a transmissive surface which transmits light; a base member 20 having a placement surface 22 for placing the optical component 30; and an adhesive layer 40 interposed between the optical component 30 and the placement surface 22 of the base member 20 and firmly fixing the optical component 30 and the placement surface 22, where the adhesive layer 40 contains a filler 42, and the filler 42 is present substantially as a monolayer between the optical component 30 and the placement surface 22.
