PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reproduce a moving image with a large number of pixels or high frame rate while suppressing the circuit scale and power consumption.SOLUTION: A first processing circuit obtains moving image data of a frame different from a frame decoded by a second processing circuit via second communication means, decodes the obtained moving image data by first decoding means, decreases the screen size of the decoded moving image data by first resizing means, and outputs the decreased moving image data to the second processing circuit by first communication means. The second processing circuit outputs the moving image data output by the first communication means and the moving image data decreased by the second resizing means on a display device. |
