PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set a transmission condition to transmit an automatic transmission mail.SOLUTION: A communication device includes: a transmission processing unit for transmitting a mail; an acquisition unit for acquiring position information indicative of the present position and time information indicative of the present time; a storage unit for storing the position information and the time information at the mail transmission as transmission history information; based on the transmission history information stored in the storage unit, a transmission condition set unit capable of setting the transmission condition of the automatic transmission mail indicative of at least either one of the position and the time to transmit the automatic transmission mail; based on the position information and the time information acquired by the acquisition unit, an automatic transmission control unit for determining whether or not the transmission condition is satisfied when the transmission condition of the automatic transmission mail is set by the transmission condition set unit, and for controlling the transmission processing unit to transmit the automatic transmission mail if the transmission condition is satisfied.
