摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplification circuit having different power systems in input and output stages which implements an improved slew rate.SOLUTION: A first differential amplification section is supplied with a first supply voltage and a second supply voltage, and includes a first polarity transistor pair and a first tail current source connected to the first supply voltage. A first tail current control circuit is connected in parallel with the first tail current source to increase a tail current of the first differential amplification section. An output amplification section includes a first polarity output transistor and a second polarity output transistor forming a push-pull circuit. A first current source is controlled in current value on the basis of a gate voltage of the first polarity output transistor and is connected to a third supply voltage. A first current mirror circuit is fed with a current supplied by the first current source and is connected between the first current source and the second supply voltage. A second current mirror circuit is fed with a current supplied by the first current mirror circuit and has the first tail current control circuit as an output section.
