The connecting device (30) has a primary leg for engaging in one component (10), and a secondary leg for engaging in another component (20). A head is provided for connecting the primary and secondary legs at one end of the connecting device. The primary leg, the secondary leg and the head are arranged at a predetermined angle to each other. The secondary leg is designed, such that it is clamped by making the connection. The primary leg, the secondary leg and a part of the head are arranged substantially perpendicular to each other. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a component has a recess for receiving the leg of the connecting device; and (2) a method for manufacturing a connecting device.
