PURPOSE: A display device is provided to improve image quality by solving reflection problems in a gate wiring and a data wiring. CONSTITUTION: A display panel (100) comprises an upper circuit board (110), a lower circuit board (120), a film member (130), a lower polarizing film (140), and a light shielding unit (150). The upper circuit board and the lower circuit board are sealed with sealant in order to form a liquid crystal layer. A panel operating unit (200) is attached to the upper circuit board and includes a circuit film (20) and a printed circuit board (PCB) (220).
