Disclosed is a specialised drying apparatus for coating used to transfer and dry coated base material (5). The apparatus comprises a box body (1) and a pressure roller assembly provided in the box body (1). The pressure roller assembly is correspondingly arranged at two sides of the box body (1). The pressure roller assembly comprises an upper pressure roller (2) and a lower pressure roller (3) arranged correspondingly one above another. The upper pressure roller (2) and the lower pressure roller (3) are driven to rotate by a motive power apparatus (4), and a clearance (6) is provided between the upper pressure roller (2) and the lower pressure roller (3) to clamp the edge margins (51) of the base material (5). By means of clamping roller type transfer, clamping a certain width of margin at the edge of the base material prevents foil bending or creep causing paste in a liquid state to flow and affect the uniformity of the thickness.
