PURPOSE: Consumers can check vehicle performance as a provisional consumer rents a vehicle for a lending period in a used vehicle sale condition. CONSTITUTION: A used vehicle sale registration unit receives a used vehicle sale request including the consent of vehicle rental from a seller terminal. A vehicle rental request unit receives the request to rent the used vehicle from a consumer terminal and receives the permission by providing the rental request information from the seller terminal. A vehicle rental fee payment unit calculates rental fees by using at least one among kinds of used vehicles, models, rental periods in which the consumer requests, and driving distances in which the driving of the consumer is permitted for the rental period and processes the payment for the rental fee. An insurance application intermediating unit calculates a vehicle insurance fee according to rental periods of used vehicles, processes the payment by guiding the vehicle insurance fee, transmits the insurance application information to an insurance company server, and processes the vehicle insurance application of the consumer. A used vehicle payment unit receives the sale application of the used vehicle in which the vehicle rental is intermediated from the consumer terminal and processes the payment of the consumer by guiding the payment amount.
