The active material comprises a carbon substituted ramsdellite phase having a general formula Li2-4cCc-Ti3O7, with 0.1<c<0.5, and more than 0.1 mol % of spinel phase having a general formula Li1+xTi2-xO4 with 0<x<0.33. |
