PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic power unit equipped with a ceramic oscillator and a hydraulic engine equipped with the hydraulic power unit. SOLUTION: The hydraulic engine is to generate a rotational power from an environmental friendly electric energy and equipped with hydraulic power units 300a and 300b, and the structure includes a fluid influx hole 381 and a fluid outflow hole, and further two layers, an elastic tube layer and a metal tube layer, wherein the metal tube layer is furnished at the periphery with a plurality of slits extending in the longitudinal direction. The configuration further includes the oscillator 350 arranged so that its inside hollow part is put in communication with the hollow of inner tube to form a hydraulic chamber and the back is contacted with the tail of a closed vibration tube 375, an outer check member arranged in tight attachment to the outside of the fluid outflow hole formed in the inner tube, and an inner check ring arranged contacting with the fluid influx hole 381 and the periphery of the inner wall of the fluid influx hole so as to block the fluid influx hole of the inner tube in the hollow part of the inner tube.
