PURPOSE: A mandrel puller for hoses is provided to improve work processes by automatizing the work obtaining a hose main body by pulling a mandrel from a hose intermediate member and to reduce the loss and a failure rate of products. CONSTITUTION: A mandrel puller for hoses comprises a hose main body clamping unit (100), a transfer guide board (210), a first transfer body (220), a first driving member (201), a second driving member (202), a second transfer body (230), a chuck member, a mandrel (250), a third driving member (203), a mandrel press fixing member (260), and a fourth driving member. Each extension end of the chuck member is inclined toward a central through-hole while facing a hose intermediate member and a protrusion for clamping is formed on the outer surface of each extension end. The mandrel is formed in the central through-hole of the chuck member, moves towards the hose intermediate member, and restores the extension ends to the original position as the extension ends are mutually opened or moved to the other side of the hose intermediate member. The mandrel press fixing member is formed to the first transfer body and fixes the outer surface of the mandrel pulled from the hose intermediate member. |
