<p>The shrinking device has a movable cover bar (20) assigned to a nozzle area (6) of a shaft wall (3) with a certain length, where the length of the cover bar corresponds to the former length. The cover bar is associated to an upper edge of the shaft wall in a working position (AP1) and the cover bar is brought into another working position by a vertical movement (BV). The cover bar is upstream and spaced to the nozzle row (8') in the latter working position, so that the flow direction of a shrinking medium (7) flowing in an inner chamber (2') of a shaft (2) is deflected in the nozzle area. An independent claim is included for a method for heat shrinking of a film around an article or article combination in a shrinking device.</p> |
