<p>Use is claimed in hair treatment of a combination of a dinitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound e.g. ectoin or derivative; and a vitamin, provitamin, alkylpolyglucoside, allantoin or bisabolol or derivative. Use is claimed in hair treatment of a combination of (a) a dinitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound of formula (I) or (II), e.g. ectoin or a derivative; and (b) a vitamin, provitamin, alkylpolyglucoside, allantoin or bisabolol or derivative. R1 = H, 1-4C alkyl or 2-4C hydroxyalkyl; R2 = H, -COOR5 or -CO(NH)R5; R3 and R4 = H, 1-4C alkyl or one of them is hydroxy; R5 = H, 1-4C alkyl or an amino acid or di- or tri-peptide residue; and n = 1, 2 or 3. An Independent claim is also included for an oxidation hair dye containing the (A) + (B) combination together with a developer component.</p> |
