PURPOSE: A heat pump system integrated with a boiler and an air conditioner, and an operating method thereof are provided to heat an indoor space with heat generated from an outdoor unit through a fan coil unit, and to produce hot water by heating water stored in a thermal storage tank with in an indoor unit. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump system(10) integrated with a boiler and an air conditioner comprises an indoor unit(100), an outdoor unit(300), a fan coil unit(200), and a circulation line. The outdoor unit includes a first compressor(140), a four-way valve(120), a first evaporator(110), and an expansion valve(160). The indoor unit includes a second evaporator(310), a second compressor(320), a second condenser(330), and a thermal storage tank(400). Circulating water flowing into the first condenser is heat-exchanged with a first refrigerant, and discharged. The heat exchanged circulating water flows into the fan coil unit, thereby heating/cooling an indoor space. The circulating water discharged from the fan coil unit through the circulating line flows into the second evaporator. The circulating water has flowed into the second evaporator is heat-exchanged with a second refrigerant and flows into the first condenser again. |
