PURPOSE: A manufacturing apparatus for a recycled asphalt concrete and the recycled asphalt concrete produced thereby are provided to improve quality of the recycled asphalt concrete. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus for a recycled asphalt concrete comprises a mixer (100); a new aggregate supply part (200) which supplies a new aggregate to the mixer; a recycled aggregate supply part (300) which supplies the recycled aggregate to the mixer; a filling material supply part (400) which supplies a filling material to the mixer; and an asphalt supply part (500) which supplies the asphalt to the mixer. The new aggregate supply part contains multiple new aggregate storage tanks (210) which stores the new aggregate classifying per particle sizes; and a new aggregate dryer (220) which heats while conveying the new aggregate from the new aggregate storage tank. The recycled aggregate supply part includes multiple recycled aggregate storage tank (310) which stores classifying the recycled aggregate into particle sizes; a recycled aggregate silo (320) which stores the recycled aggregate with a particle size needed from multiple recycled aggregate storage tanks; and a recycled aggregate inlet part (330) which puts the recycled aggregate from the recycled aggregate silo to the mixer after measuring.
