PURPOSE: A molded coal manufacturing device using ultraviolet curable resin is provided to enhance compressive strength of the molded coal and to manufacture cokes with enhanced intensity. CONSTITUTION: A molded coal manufacturing device comprises a chute; a middle box (20) connected with the chute; a first ultraviolet ray radiating tool (30); a main body (40) connected with the middle box; and roll forming machines (50). An inlet port (10a) in which a mixture of raw coal, ultraviolet curable resin and pulverized coal are put is formed in the chute. The first ultraviolet ray radiating tool is installed inside the middle box. The roll forming machine is installed inside the main body in order to compression-mold the mixture passed through the chute and middle box. |
