摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil improvement managing device capable of properly managing the discharge flow volume and discharge pressure of fluidized sand discharged from a lower end opening of a hollow pipe, and of effectively and rationally constructing and managing a sand pile of a predetermined strength or a predetermined pile diameter by predetermined length when the sand pile is constructed in a narrow sand-pile construction area such as right below, near an existing structure, or the like. SOLUTION: The soil improvement managing device is to discharge the fluidized sand containing a fluidizing agent and a slow-acting plasticizer from the lower end opening of the hollow pipe 53 penetrated into the ground 8 to a predetermined depth, so as to construct and manage the sand pile 9 by the predetermined length. After the hollow pipe 53 is penetrated into the ground 8 to the predetermined depth by an ascending/descending mechanism 52, a flow volume sensor detects the time point at which the discharge flow volume of the fluidized sand discharged from the lower end opening of the hollow pipe 53 reaches a predetermined flow volume. Based on the detected output, a signal for pulling up the hollow pipe 53 by a step length corresponding to the predetermined flow volume is automatically transmitted to the ascending/descending mechanism 52.
