PURPOSE: A buckle reduction system of an annealing furnace and a buckle reduction method are provided to enable to reduce a faulty steel plate by minimizing the generation of buckles on a steel plate. CONSTITUTION: A buckle reduction system of an annealing furnace comprises blowers(100;100a,100b,100c,100d), a camera unit(400), a buckle reduction roll(300), and a monitoring unit. The blowers slowly cool a steel plate inside the annealing furnace. The camera unit is arranged in the upper part of an OAS(Overaging Section), thereby photographing the roll and the steel plate. The buckle reduction roll is installed in the OAS and a frequent buckle section, thereby preventing stress concentration on a center unit of the steel plate. The monitoring unit receives image signals from the camera unit, thereby displaying a state of the steel plate which is in contact with the roll or the displacement of a CPC(Center Position Controller)(200). |
