<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting diode (LED) lighting device having a power saving function is provided to minimize electrical energy consumption by dividing multiple LEDs in a regular interval and turning on and off the multiple LEDs in a predetermined time. CONSTITUTION: A lamp group (LA1,LA2,LA3) is controlled in order to be selectively turned on and off by a control module on a plate. The control module is formed of a lamp driver (33), a power supply device (60), and a controller (61). The lamp driver is connected between an earth and a cathode of multiple LEDs inside the lamp group. The power supply device is formed of a voltage transformer (31) and a regulator (32). The voltage transformer supplies driving voltage (V1) to a common anode of the LEDs.
