PURPOSE: A constant-temperature chamber for a micro processing machine with a heat pipe is provided to constantly maintain the temperature of the outer wall by the interaction between a heat pipe unit and a heating wire. CONSTITUTION: A constant-temperature chamber for a micro processing machine with a heat pipe comprises a chamber body(110), a heat sink(120), and a heat pipe unit(130). A micro processing machine is placed in the chamber body. The heat sinks are installed on the outer wall of the chamber body. The heat pipe unit is installed in each heat sink, and absorbs the heat from the heat sink. The heat pipe unit comprises an evaporation pipe unit, a condensing pipe unit, and a condenser(133). The evaporation pipe unit evaporates working fluid at a desired temperature. The working fluid evaporated in the evaporation pipe unit flows into the condensing pipe unit. The condenser condenses the working fluid in order to supply liquid working fluid to the evaporation pipe unit. |
