Method for measuring an object

The method involves utilizing a computed tomography detector or X-ray detector (5) for correcting measurement values of multiple pixels. An irradiation length and/or geometry of a workpiece (4) is determined in different rotational positions based on projection data and/or based on a computer-aided design model. Different measurement characteristics e.g. sensitivity and offset, of the pixels are determined based on the determination of radiographic images without and with characteristics e.g. geometry, related the measurement object. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for determining structure and/or geometry of an object (2) an arrangement for determining structure and/or geometry of an object.
