Disclosed are a light-collecting plate and a lighting system using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a lighting system comprising: at least one or more light sources; a diffusion plate for diffusing light radiated from the light sources; a light-collecting plate for collecting light diffused by the diffusion plate and radiating the collected light; and a micro lens array protruding from both sides or one side of the light-collecting plate so as to collect light emitted from the light source, to radiate the collected light and to control the radiation path of the light.
