PURPOSE: A device for fixing a cell battery is provided to guarantee the contact between a positive terminal and a back cover under any circumstances. CONSTITUTION: An electronic or electric module (10) includes a plate (4) and a compartment (41) for accommodating an electrical energy storage battery (5). The electronic or electric module includes at least one circuit (6) having at least one contact area (7) and a connection contactor (8) for the connection between the storage battery and the contact area. The contactor includes an elastic return means which is rigid and has a tendency of returning the contactor to a rest geometry. The contactor includes at least one first arm (82) and at least one second arm (86) to form a clamp for making the circuit and the storage battery apply pressure.
