PURPOSE: A standard interface device for extracting content feature points is provided to accurately distinguish a rightful person of content among distributed online content. CONSTITUTION: A standard interface device(110) included in a rightful person server includes an FTP(File Transfer Protocol) server(111), a monitoring unit(112), a backup unit(113), a web server(114), an interface unit(115), and a database(116). The interface unit includes a content monitoring module(115-1), an extraction module(115-2), and an upload module(115-3). When original content is transmitted to the standard interface device, the interface unit generates extraction data which extracts feature points of the original content. The content monitoring module of the interface unit monitors whether or not the original content is transmitted to the standard interface device. When the original content is transmitted, the content monitoring module transmits the original content to the extraction module. The extraction module generates extraction data by extracting the feature points of the original content. The upload module transmits the extraction data, meta-information, and log data of the original content to an operation server by using the FTP server.
