PURPOSE: A press mold capable of preventing scratches is provided to reduce scratches generated on a forming plate by spraying oil from an edge of a stripper in contact with the forming plate when an upper mold moves down and touches the forming plate. CONSTITUTION: A press mold capable of preventing scratches has a forming groove (11) in the die (10) of a lower mold (2). A lateral rod (30) is installed on both end parts of the forming groove. A rotary rod (40) is rotatably installed in the lateral rod. A spraying hole is formed in a part of the rotary part, which a forming plate (3) is in contact with, to spray oil. An oil spraying hole (22) is formed in an edge of the body (21) of a stripper (20) of the upper mold. When the forming plate is pressed by the stripper, the rotary rod rotates backwards from the lateral rod and when the stripper completely presses the forming plate into the forming groove of the die and is inserted into the forming groove, the rotary rod goes back to its original place. |
