PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical characteristic inspection device of a capacitance system touch screen panel using resonance frequency shift, which functions so as to simultaneously measure ITO resistance R<SB POS="POST">p</SB>and capacitance C<SB POS="POST">p</SB>of a CTSP by change of a resonance frequency. SOLUTION: An electrical characteristic inspection device of a capacitance system touch screen panel using resonance frequency shift is constituted by including: a power supply unit which supplies voltage or current to a circuit; a CTSP part in which resistance R<SB POS="POST">p</SB>of an ITO electrode and capacitance C<SB POS="POST">p</SB>between electrodes of a CTSP are arranged in series; a resonance part which is connected to the power supply unit and includes an LC resonance circuit for causing electrical resonance; a resonance frequency change part which is connected to the resonance part to change the resonance frequency of the resonance part; and an operation part which operates between the CTSP part and the resonance frequency change part to connect the CTSP part with the resonance frequency change part, and simultaneously measures the resistance R<SB POS="POST">p</SB>and the capacitance C<SB POS="POST">p</SB>of the CTSP part by change of the resonance frequency at a state that the CTSP part is connected with the resonance part by an operation of the operation part.
