PURPOSE: A plastic substrate for a display device and an element containing the same are provided to supply the plastic substrate playing a role as an auxiliary electrode and improve the electric conductance. CONSTITUTION: A resin layer(120) disperses the conductive material. A metal layer(110) is arranged on a plastic film(100). The metal layer has a conductivity function. The metal oxide film layer is included of AgO. |
