<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink set capable of forming images excellent in light stability. <P>SOLUTION: The ink set includes an ink containing at least one kind of coloring material selected from an azo pigment represented by a formula (1), a tautomer thereof, and salts and hydrates thereof, a treatment liquid coagulating the components in the ink.
