PURPOSE: A system for buying and selling the residual amount of mobile services and a method thereof are provided to enable clients to selectively buy and sell the residual amount of mobile services by using a relay server connected to a communication provider server which offers mobile services. CONSTITUTION: A buying and selling system (100) comprises a communication provider server (10), a seller mobile terminal (20), a buyer mobile terminal (30), and a relay server (40). The communication provider server provides a mobile service corresponding to a payment system set by a client. When a seller and a buyer connect the relay server, the relay server relays buying and selling attempts of the seller by connecting the communication provider server.
