摘要 PURPOSE: A production method of soy sauce marinated horse-shoe crab containing medical herbs is provided to improve the functionality of the soy sauce marinated horse-shoe crab. CONSTITUTION: 100 parts by weight of soy sauce with medical herbs are mixed with 0.5-5 parts by weight of ginseng, and the mixture is aged. The soy sauce with medical herbs contains 100 parts by weight of medical herb juice and 40-60 parts by weight of soy sauce. The soy sauce contains 100 parts by weight of traditional soy sauce and 30-55 parts by weight of aged soy sauce. The medical herb juice is obtained by mixing and boiling 100 parts by weight of water, 0.5-3 parts by weight of jujube, 0.2-4 parts by weight of Glycyrrhizae radix, and 15-35 parts by weight of Japanese apricot extract.
