<p>PURPOSE: A collection and division method using a collecting and dividing system of an excel file having the same format is provided to easily collect and divide the excel file, thereby improving work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A setting analysis management unit loads an excel file. An environment setting for collection or division is set by an input device. A setting value is verified and analyzed in the setting analysis management unit. The input device selects a collection or division selection item for the data of the file. The setting analysis management unit determines the selection item (S20). When the selection item is collected, a collection unit checks a collection sheet of the excel file; stores a result file in a result storage unit by arranging and collecting the collection sheet; and stores a performance process and the contents for a result in a log storage unit as a log file (S30).
