PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing cement-based artificial stone is provided to uniformly cast pigment on the upper portion inside a secondary mixer. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing cement-based artificial stone comprises: a step of mixing a paste composition containing base pigment using a primary mixer; a step of inputting the paste composition into a secondary mixer(10); a step of placing a sheave on the upper part of the secondary mixer; a step of casting the pigment on the upper part of the paste composition through the sheave; a step of wiping the upper end portion of the casted pigment using a scraper and mixing the pigment and paste composition; a step of casting the paste composition in a mold(40); a step of molding the paste composition; a step of primarily curing the molded paste composition; a step of secondarily curing the paste composition; and a step of polishing the paste composition. |
