PURPOSE: A MEMS microphone is provided to improve acoustic characteristics by additionally comprising a back chamber space of a MEMS chip. CONSTITUTION: A MEMS microphone(1) converts a sound wave like a voice and a sound into an electric signal. The MEMS microphone includes a case(10), a printed circuit board(20), a MEMS chip(30), an amplifier(40), and a sound hole(50). The case comprises a side wall and an upper wall. The bottom surface of the case is opened. The printed circuit board is combined with the bottom surface of the case. The MEMS chip is comprised in the printed circuit board. The sound hole is formed in at least one side of the case or the printed circuit board, and an external sound flows into the sound hole. A part of the bottom of the side wall of the case is bent toward an internal space of the case to form a folded part. The bottom surface of the folded part is combined with the upper surface of the printed circuit board. |
