PURPOSE: A control method of a mobile terminal, a recording medium which records the method and a mobile terminal managing server are provided to perform the position based mobile terminal control based on the user access detail, regardless of the exact current position of the mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A management policy setup module (141) sets up the management policy in a management area unit in advance. A management policy transmission module (142) transmits the management policy to a mobile device management (MDM) client application which is installed at a mobile terminal. If the access of a user of the mobile terminal is sensed through an access event processor, an access event processing module (143) receives the access information of the user from the access event processor.
