PURPOSE: An anti-separation cap of a multilayered thin film insulation fixing device for a satellite and a mounting method thereof are provided to effectively prevent the separation of a multilayered thin film insulation. CONSTITUTION: An anti-separation cap of a multilayered thin film insulation fixing device for a satellite comprises a stand-off(120), an anti-separation cap(110), and a clip washer(140). The stand-off fixes a multilayered thin film insulation material and is mounted on the surface of a satellite structure. The anti-separation cap is mounted on the stand-off, and has an opening part through which the upper part of the stand-off is exposed to the outside; and a cavity part in which an adhesive is filled. The clip washer fixes the stand-off exposed above the anti-separation cap. |
