<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a write-once super resolution optical information recording medium capable of crystallizing a phase change layer used as a super resolution layer without modifying a recording layer, and to provide a method of manufacturing the write once super resolution optical information recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: The optical information recording medium includes the recording layer 13 on which information is recorded by applying first laser beams having a first wavelength, further includes the phase change layer 17 that is formed between the light source of laser beams and the recording layer 13 and is crystallized by applying second laser beams having a second wavelength, and further includes an intermediate layer 15, where transmittance to the first laser beams is higher than that to the second laser beams between the recording layer 13 and the phase change layer 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
