<p>The arrangement has a transformer (TU) with two primary sided taps formed as an input, and a bridge circuit (BU) with a first half bridge (11), second half bridge (12) and third half bridge (13) having converter valves (V11-V16) and terminals (A11-A13). The bridge circuit has a bridge section with a fourth half bridge having converter valves (V17, V18) and a terminal (A20). The terminals of the former three half bridges are connected to secondary sided taps (2U1-2UN) of the transformer, and the terminal of the fourth half bridge is connected to an output of the arrangement. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an arc furnace comprising three power supply arrangements with transformers whose primary sides are connected in a delta configuration (2) a method for operating a power supply arrangement.</p> |
