The connector (1) has a plug element (4) or a socket element that is arranged on one end of the connector, where an inner pipe is surrounded by an outer pipe over a portion of length of the inner pipe, where a guide channel is arranged between the inner pipe and an outer pipe for the tempered medium or for the medium to be tempered. The inner wall of the outer pipe is connected with the outer wall of the inner pipe by multiple bars. The bars extend essentially parallel to longitudinal middle axis (M) of the inner pipe.
