A mobile communications terminal (550) comprising a memory, a user interface and a controller. The controller is configured, during an on-going communication session with a second mobile communications terminal (555), to receive a request for a position through said user interface and in response thereto generate a position request and transmit said position request to said second mobile communications terminal (555), thereby instructing said second mobile communications terminal (555) to provide a current position of said second mobile communications terminal (555). The second mobile communications terminal is configured to receive said position request from said first mobile communications terminal (550) and in response thereto determine a position of said mobile communications terminal (555), generate a position response and transmit said position response to said first mobile communications terminal (550). The first mobile communications terminal (550) receives said position response from said second mobile communications terminal (555), said position response indicating a position, and presents said position through said user interface, thereby allowing for issuing appropriate alarms.
