PURPOSE: A servo valve is provided to remove the pollutants of the servo valve without stopping a servo valve system by having a dual filter and to monitor the filter with a differential pressure sensor. CONSTITUTION: A servo valve comprises a first filter(111), a second filter(112), a differential pressure sensor(120), a direction changing valve(130), and a shuttle valve(140). Pollutants contained in hydraulic working oil are filtered by the first and second filters. The differential pressure sensor measures the differential pressure between the front side and the back side of the first or the second filter. The direction changing valve selects the first filter or the second filter. The shuttle valve blocks a pipeline of unused filter according to the selection of the direction changing valve. |
